The ball stopped short of the sideline, but we got screwed by the sideline rule again -- player stepped out, touched the ball, therefore the ball is out of bounds and goes to the 40. I've NEVER seen that stuff called against anyone but us... (remember the "unconscious body out of bounds no fumble play by the Pats?) CW
