Wilson Stadium/Fieldhouse ((Buffalo, NY)) Unit Summary: Ralph Wilson Stadium has been the home of the Buffalo Bills for over 30 years. This facility holds approximately 73,000 guests with 142 Luxury Suites and 8 Club areas. Sportservice currently operates Fine Dining, Premium Seating, Suites, Catering, Concessions, Merchandise and a Training facility. Projected revenues of this account are approximately $12 million. Your Role: The Retail Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily in-stadium, mall store, Training Camp and E-Commerce merchandise operations. Responsible for planning, purchasing of merchandise, inventory control, and store and portable merchandising standards, retail staffing and training. Oversight for e-commerce strategy; responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining the account website. Responsible for meeting established retail sales and profit goals set by the General Manager and Delaware North Companies Corporate Director of Retail. Also responsible for the maintenance of the Retail Pro point-of-sale system. Our Expectations: Qualified candidates must be customer service oriented with a minimum of 5 years retail management experience including proven skills in purchasing and merchandising, and minimum of one-year buying experience. Experience in sales, purchasing and merchandising of officially licensed sports team related merchandise is preferred. High-level proficiency in both Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, and Power Point and in a retail point-of-sale system is required; RetailPro POS experience is preferred. They forgot to include shining the General Manager's shoes. Which should be easy because it's doubtful they get very dirty, since it seems you would do everything and he does nothing other than telling you to make more money for the business.
