He's a really good coach I feel that he's like Tom Coughlin in a way. He will lead this team. It's going to take several years to do and I know he's had 2 so far. Anyone know why good team like the Colts and Steelers are good every year......it's because they don't quit on their coaches if something doesn't go right. We need to be firm and be like the Giants, but instead we need to stick by Jauron through thick and thin. We need another 2 years with Jauron. HE WILL LEAD THIS TEAM!
