In space no one can hear Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 He'll be a great ST. You know that ST is part of this team right. We lost a lot of good ST players this offseason so I like seeing them rebuilding it. OK LSI. Your incredible intelligence and tireless research convinced me. Your in college right? Well instead of hiding in your squalid dorm room, banging out 300 posts a day on a message board, why don't you actually leave your room and go out and bang some hot co-ed? Hey and go get sh-- faced while your at it!
Mike formerly from Florida Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 Looks like some broken sarcasm detectors. I am hoping they will snag a OC in round 7. justice is still on the board. I didn't even notice it was you I responded to. Now I know why you said what you said. The thing is I didn't insult you for saying the pick was a disaster. But you just don't ever seem to let it go.
dtgolder Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 Is this a Bad Omon?Pessimist...it's a Good Omon!
Oneonta Buffalo Fan Posted April 27, 2008 Author Posted April 27, 2008 Your incredible intelligence and tireless research convinced me. Thank you! Oh and it's 2 days!
bbfan54 Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 Besides one good game fred jackson has shown nothing and eventhough some on here think he is the next willie parker or something I haven't seen anything to make me think he is more than a one hit wonder. Moreover, Dewayne wright has not looked good in the limited time he got.
Amstel Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 I don't know why people are freaking out and complaining. The first three picks look to be excellent. I must admit I was expecting a TE in the third but apparently no one worth taking at that slot was there. I trust the scouts we've had a couple of really good drafts the last couple years and seem to find talent in the later rounds so I trust them.......As far a center goes perhaps there was no one of value at the slots we've picked at.....
Brandon Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 You can find his combine numbers here: http://warroom.sportingnews.com/nfl/draft/...ayers/7653.html 4.60 40...not blazing speed, but hardly slow for a RB. I especially like the 38.5" vertical and 6.71 cone drill. Says the guy is explosive and quick.
Kiwi Bills fan Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 Thanks for that link. The kid sure seems to have GREAT field vision on where to hit his holes/seams. (Although his OL opened up some BIG holes for him on this vid.) Welcome to the Bills. I know this kid is from Div. 2 but you need to take a look at this.
d_wag Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 We probably didn't need a RB BUT he can be used for ST. Remember Lionel Gates. how many roster spots do you think they have? how many game day roster spots do you think they have? this guy will end up on the practice squad, if he makes the team at all
LevysEraII Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 I think his nickname should be X- Man or X Factor
Ulinski Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 This draft pick is a disaster. lol How do you know ?
Ulinski Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 What makes you say that? Just curious... There's no possible basis for saying it. He just wanted to chime in with something so he blurted that out.
Ulinski Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 What would you do then select a QB? They should have looked for a QB somewhere in the draft. Don't you think ?
buffaloboyinATL Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 how many roster spots do you think they have? how many game day roster spots do you think they have? this guy will end up on the practice squad, if he makes the team at all He could make it as a fullback.
Ulinski Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 That 4th round pick on Dwayne Wright last year sure looks good now.... I don't think dwayne wright is good runner. He didn't impress me at all.
Oneonta Buffalo Fan Posted April 27, 2008 Author Posted April 27, 2008 Mike Hart would have been a better pick. Are you kidding? Have you seen Omon's highlights. He doesn't have the injury rsk that Hart has.
Ulinski Posted April 27, 2008 Posted April 27, 2008 Well they still have the 7th round to solidify the secondary.
