Not a clue wtf reggie corner is, but we did have really sh------- depth in the secondary, if he can help improve that, so a team like ne doesn't whip us like dogs next year, and in the future. I'm all for it.

They've taken 6 defensive backs in the first four rounds since 2006. If their secondary depth stinks, its their own fault for drafting poorly.

The guy has talent to be a first round pick, he is as talented as any first rounder, and still hasn't been picked... you tell me what the issue is.

I did.

Or Courtney Anderson, Robert Royal, Matt Murphy, Teyo Johnson and 164 Passing Yards Per Game and 15.8 Points Per Game

Because those guys were solid in Oakland, and the latter in Atlanta and Oakland. So where's the pixie dust for us to sprinkle on these guys to make them "good."

Absolutely. DJ's probably asking how they can play more 5 or 6 CB type defenses.

yeah really, this has become defensive-back finishing school or something

From looking at the scouting reports on Reggie Corner, I can only guess that the team is looking for him to be our "starting" nickel corner. He's not big or fast, but he has good coverage skills and is considered a ballhawk. I envision him to be a slower version of Aaron Glenn (in his later years.)

Not a bad pick. Let's not overreact because they didn't pick ALL the guys we wanted.

we had NO depth at CB, so this seems ok to me. McGee, McKelvin (Mac Attack Corners), Greer, James, Youboty, Corner- our secondary is addressed.

If you'd never seen our corners, you would think they were Irish

So far our draft is:

1. CB

2. WR

3. DT (Stroud)

3. DE

4. CB

4. ?

5. DT (Stroud)

I like the way you are looking at this...

So far so good IMO

not sure how you came up with that number (unless you're counting this year, and then it's still only 5). Also our safety depth isn't really the problem, it's corner depth. But even including safeties we still have only picked 3 since 2006 not counting this current draft, in the first 4 rounds

2006 - Whitner, Simpson, Youboty

2007 - no one

and by the way, 2005 in the first 4 rounds? No one; 2004? No one; 2003? Terrance McGee, starter

Is anyone else thinking Bills can use a "Change of pace/3rd Down Back"...bigger than and better than the Alabama guy who was here recently (forgot his name already)??
