Once you trade up don't you know who youre taking. Can anyone explain why this takes some teams so long I have noticed it happening for many years.

My best guess: they want to call the pick on the phone before they announce his name. But that doesn't take very long either, so . . . . (unless they have to find his number). In other words, I don't know either.
Nanker Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 They had to call the Budweiser brewery to make sure there was enough suds dispersed throughout the J-hole area so there wouldn't be a riot when their pick was announced.
