John from Riverside Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Devin Thomas wont make it to us......I just know it
Brandon Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Not satisfied to reach for Chris Henry in R2 last year, the Titans decide to do it again.
Huuuge Bills Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Now does Seatle take the top TE, or do they continue to drop as well?
otisly00 Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 still need to trade up! SF, STL et will still look at WR...
Phlegm Alley Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 4.24 forty. Thunder and lightning approach. They obviously don't want Vince Yound to throw the ball.
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Yes, another non-WR. They just want Vince Young to fail. Vince Young and his 11% completion percentage is why he's going to fail.
iccrewman112 Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 If Jenkins is there for Dallas at 28, that would be big for us.
Dan Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 We're waiting for Conner, I guess. If the WR's keep falling maybe you do take a Conner at 41 and then trade back for WR???
truth on hold Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Great for us though. Wow. I'm shocked, but happy. We may not even have to trade up. Brandon may actually be a genius. ao far bills have done an excellent job of gambling top WRs will be available when they pick in round #2
Pete Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Just the facts. No speculation here on my part. The professionals who do this for a living (not just one of them, mostly all of them) have decided that this was the course to follow. Did you call for a WR with 11? I would be ok with a WR at 11. Did you laugh when teams did not spend a third round pick on Tom Brady? And since when did you start putting so much stock into what talking heads on TV said? I think you give them way too much credit. Lets see Devin Thomas and his fellow WRs play for a couple years before proclaiming them busts
Brandon Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 So who else is likely to pick a WR - Seattle? - Dallas def - San Fran? - Washington - Jets? Looks like the bills will need to move up to get one of Sweed, Kelly, Hardy... I'd toss in Baltimore, Miami and Atlanta. Kansas City might pick one as well.
sven233 Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 The Bills should start thinking about moving here if they REALLY want a specific receiver...... They should be able to wait and get 1 of the Top 5 WRs, but if they like a guy.........now is the time to start thinking about it.
Oneonta Buffalo Fan Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Brandon is looking like a genius. This draft is going great for us.
Pete Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Devin Thomas wont make it to us......I just know it A quality WR will make it to 41. Don't panic man!
bunnjam1 Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 I'd toss in Baltimore, Miami and Atlanta. Kansas City might pick one as well. Good point. Def need to trade back up. Key that the titans took Johnson though
iccrewman112 Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Could Campbell slip to us in the 2nd round, I highly doubt it, but it would be great to get him nd a WR in the second, by moving that 3rd. Still want Fred Davis or Carlson though. Ah too many holes.
John from Riverside Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 The bills have been luck so far......but we have not had one wideout taken off the board...the run will begin soon I just know it........
Acantha Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Expect a trade with the Bills here PTR Why? All the WR's are still on the board. Sure, there's going to be a run, but I don't see a reason to start losing picks for these guys now. Obviously they are not worth what everyone thinks they are.
Grouse89 Posted April 26, 2008 Posted April 26, 2008 Devin Thomas wont make it to us......I just know it Everything will be okay
