The fact that there are no top notch QBs probably makes you think it is weak at a glance, but I think this class is pretty deep. Call any NFL scout and ask his opinion of this Saturday's draft and you'll get pretty much the same answer: "It's not very good and not even as deep as the thoughts whirling through the mind of Paris Hilton." ROCCEO Posted April 24, 2008 Share Posted April 24, 2008 This is a very strange draft if you ask me. Certain positions are quite deep while others are perilously thin. I think '05 was the most recent bad one, followed by '02 and 2000. In any given year there are going to be players who can improve your team, the key is selecting those players carefully. The best teams do this routinely. This requires great diligence and a constant awareness of your team, your strengths, weaknesses and exact position in the marketplace.
