2bdshouter Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 Love the last two. Trading down is a value plus for us. Think the boys will give up two number ones? If so, I love Dallas.
Astrobot Posted April 24, 2008 Author Posted April 24, 2008 I took DraftTek's Big Board and looked within 7 picks of each scenario. That's how I got the players for each scenario. Tampa Bay doesn't really offer much compared to some of the others (for them or for us), so I think it's the least likely.

Astrobot Posted April 24, 2008 Author Posted April 24, 2008 not that it means anything, but didn't we make a draft day trade with Dallas a few years ago? I can't remember which trade though. April 24, 2004 -- BILLS DRAFT EVANS, LOSMAN Thanks to a draft day trade with Dallas, the Bills had two picks in the first round of the NFL Draft, and used them to build an offense for the future. Buffalo selected University of Wisconsin WR Lee Evans with the 14th overall pick, then chose QB J.P. Losman out of Tulane with the 22nd selection.
FightClub Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 If you trade with Dallas, you will not get their 2 firsts for your first. You will have to give up another pick or at least swap spots in another round to get even trade value. They won't be THAT desperate.
kendrickoffice Posted April 24, 2008 Posted April 24, 2008 The trade with Philly seems like a very likely scenario to me. The Eagles are seeking a DE or an OT in this years draft, exactly what Denver #12 and Carolina #13 seem to be targeting as well. If a guy they covet like Harvey, Clady, or Albert is there at 11 i see them making the jump in front of the Broncos and Panthers. Though, im not sure if Lito Sheppard will be the compensation.
