Harvey is known to be high on the Lions' wish list, but they'd likely have to trade up to get him. Beat writer Tom Kowalski suggests that the Lions will use the No. 15 pick on a linebacker or a running back if Harvey is gone. (per rotoworld) If someone wants Harvey before 13 and we don't want him, then I think we can trade out of the spot.
