billsevans Posted April 19, 2008 Posted April 19, 2008 The Delaware County Times believes the Eagles would like to trade up to No. 11 to select Virginia OL Brandon Albert. The Bills would then select Michigan St. WR Devin Thomas with the No. 19 pick. Philadelphia has 11 draft picks and veteran CB Lito Sheppard to dangle as trade bait, but this particular scenario is possible.
billsevans Posted April 19, 2008 Author Posted April 19, 2008 sorry about this already posted, was so happy we finally have a trade partner.
SouthTownBills51 Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 Is devin thomas still there at 19? if that's who the bills take there that is...
Tim Anderson's Lunch Pail Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 Not sure. I could see him being scooped up by Denver or Chicago. Maybe even Minnesota in a real long shot.

At worst, he would push all of the starters and serve as the only bona fide backup T on the roster. At best, he could start at C

obie_wan Posted April 20, 2008 Posted April 20, 2008 Sorry you don't select a backup at 11. You do if he will be a Pro Bowl caliber OL for years to come. The only reason is doesn't start in 2008 is the Bills may take a year to switch his position to C

I posted this scenario a few weeks back, I think I might be all knowing.
