stuckincincy Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Is that still allowed? IIRC, the NFL was going to "tighten" up on injury reports/classifications this season. dunno.
Guest Guest Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 So in other words... Jennings will play....because we def need him too Travis will not.....because we have Magahee waiting in the wings
BuffalOhio Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Aren't all players game-time decisions? Really, aren't they?
stuckincincy Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Aren't all players game-time decisions? Really, aren't they? 71309[/snapback] Certainly so. but before the season started, the NFL said that some teams were being - my words - "less than honest" in reporting injury status to the league. One school of thought says that any falsehood hurt opponent's game planning - the other said that phony injury reports hurt the betting like. Of course - we all know - that criminal elements may try to influence baseball, basketbal, etc., but they hold NFL ball as something sacred and beyond influence...
