Isn't Ralph cheap and doesn't pay much for coaches? If thats true then i think he is working to the level of his pay, Del Rio was given an extension of 5 years at $20+ mil, with a 1-2 playoff record over that time. As for DJ the golfer, he is pretty good, a buddy of mine worked at a Golf course in the falls and golfed with him one afternoon his first year here. Really, I thought Dick's strategy would be to play for par on every hole (even if he has a chance for a birdie or eagle) and hope that the rest of the golfers make mistakes and finish above par.
