Wacka Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Make up charges of voter intimidation This Drudge article shows that the DNC plans to make up charges of intimidation of voters, stealing vote, etc. They will stop at nothing. The DNC has confirmed that the document is authentic.
RkFast Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Id truly love to hear ONE CASE of where a voter stepped up and can provide a verified report of being "scared or intimidated" by ANYONE in 2000. Personally, Im very afraid 76 year old Ida Greenbaum who I usually see at my local voting plane may say some threatening remarks towards me when I go to pull the lever next month.

Rich in Ohio Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 One small correction. This is not a new tatic for the evil left. It is in fact Standard Operating Procedures. If yu thought that 200 was bad after the election, just wait until Nov 3rd this year. The dems have already filed suit in Florida......and the first vote has not been cast yet. They will stop at NOTHING to regain thier coveted power.
UConn James Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 This Drudge article shows that the DNC plans to make up charges of intimidation of voters, stealing vote, etc. They will stop at nothing. The DNC has confirmed that the document is authentic. 70643 Voter registrations must've Just crumpled up and thrown themselves in the wastebasket.... For sign-in, enter: mercurynewsloginssuck@nowhere.com 123456 ---------- Highlight: "I personally witnessed my supervisor at VOA, together with her personal assistant, destroy completed registration forms that VOA employees had collected," said Russell. "All of the destroyed registration forms were for registrants who indicated their party preference as 'Democrat.'" Russell said he registered both Democrats and Republicans and, as a result, his pay was docked. According to the lawsuit against the Clark County Registrar of Voters, he provided copies of destroyed registration forms he retrieved from his supervisor's garbage can. ----------- Sorry, but this crap goes on from both sides of the aisle. Voter fraud doesn't have a strict enough penalty and is all too often not enforced. One person, one vote. Allow voters to register, check them in w/ valid ID, show them how the machine works if they need to be shown, and then let them vote. Count them up to determine who got the most votes. It's not hard. Why can't people respect that? Maybe if that happened, whatever way the election went, we can be sure of and accept the outcome?

Now what could Grandma possibly be doing that merits a visit from the law? Sweep it under the rug if ANY candidate having an unfair advantage makes you feel better. I for one would like to see justice and democracy in action, for EVERYONE, not just those citizens whose opinions are most convenient for those in power. By the way, regardless of whether this "article" is credible or not, how many times is Drudge going to be proven wrong (or lying as you put it with Dan Rather) before you give up on using him as a source? Seems to be a bit of a double-standard...

They basically said he took it out of context. It seems unlikely at this point that he will be found in a Ratheresque "error" doesn't it? BTW, Thanks for getting rid of Rollie Fingers.
RunTheBall Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Why do we really need voter registration drives by either party? If someone can't be bothered to figure out where or how to register on their own then tough ****. If your grandmother is a bit demented maybe the democrats shouldn't be allowed to put her in a wheel chair and wheel her to the voting booth. She'd probably end up voting for Buchanan anyway. KD in CA Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Id truly love to hear ONE CASE of where a voter stepped up and can provide a verified report of being "scared or intimidated" by ANYONE in 2000. This was investigated thoroughly after 2000 and they did not find even ONE instance of any voter 'intimidation' or any truth at all to the nonsense made up by Jesse and pals. Not that any of it ever passed the common sense test anyway, but that didn't stop the Sore Loserman crowd for trying to use it to steal an election.

RunTheBall 70786 The reason that we have registration drives is so that democrates can get the following groups to come out and support thier cause: 1) Pimps and crack whores 2) Whinos 3) Illiterates 4) Trailer park residents who did not graduate out of the 4th grade. ( the difference between them and the illiterates is they can read traffic signs) 5) Illegal Aliens looking for something to do on Nov 3rd (and make $5.00 for it) 6) Drug addicts (other then crack whores) 7) peopl who are willing to vote 5 to 10 times for a bag of chips or a new pair of underware. That just about covers the bulk of the new wave democrat supporters.

The gun-toting confederate flag-waving pickup truck driving Republican Trailer Trash Association takes issue with your characterization of them as Democrats.
RkFast Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Democrats? They also take issue with Rich giving them a bad name IN GENERAL.
Rich in Ohio Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Whoah there hoss. The gun-toting confederate flag-waving pickup truck driving Republican Trailer Trash Association takes issue with your characterization of them as Democrats. 70836 ahh, see the difference is that the republicans are not chasing such wacky charators down to vote for them. Although, the offer that fat pig micael moore to give out clean underware in exchange for a vote has some potential amoung the group you listed.
RuntheDamnBall Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Well, Drudge did put up a copy of the actual DNC document on his site. The DNC did not deny that this was their document. BTW, Thanks for getting rid of Rollie Fingers. 70774 Just a fan of the handlebars But football season needs saving. Drudge probably won't be found in a Ratheresque error on this one, but he has been before, PLENTY of times. My point is, why do the conservatives find Drudge to be a credible source when he has botched several stories or issued fabricated GOP conspiracy theories as news, i.e. Kerry's "cheat sheet" at the debates? (Richio felt obliged to post that one within about 3 seconds of its release -- and the NY Post, hardly the last bastion of sensible news, debunked it.) Again, why the double-standard? Why is Rather the sign of all that's wrong with American news, yet Drudge is somehow acceptable? The two are more related than you think...
RuntheDamnBall Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 5) Illegal Aliens looking for something to do on Nov 3rd (and make $5.00 for it) 70822 Rich, please, by all means, do your duty and vote on Nov 3rd. America needs you.
Kelly the Dog Posted October 15, 2004 Posted October 15, 2004 Rich, you just spelled underwear "underware" TWICE IN A ROW. Richios are not typos. Please re-attend fourth grade.

Continue to hold onto this while telling yourself how great you are, and how you are superior to him as a person.

Continue to hold onto this while telling yourself how great you are, and how you are superior human being to him as a person. 70904 Yeah, but the fact that he is a frequent poster on a policial board yet doesn't know when election day is is pretty amazing.
