KD in CA
like firing your chief strategist in April. Communications director Howard Wolfson and pollster Geoff Garin will direct the campaign's message and strategic efforts for the campaign going forward, said campaign manager Maggie Williams. Ah yes, back to the tried and true Clinton strategy of letting the poll numbers dictate your policy positions.
Chilly
lol... She said Penn will continue "to provide polling and advice to the campaign." Sounds like a PR move.
SilverNRed
So even though Hillary has been preparing to run for President for her entire life, her campaign has been a disaster. Yet somehow she's "ready to lead on day one."
In space no one can hear
Democratic strategist Chris Kofinis, who had been a spokesman in John Edwards' campaign, said Penn's departure was needed to help the candidate. "The worst kept secret in the whole Democratic race was that Penn's campaign strategy was not working and that the Clinton campaign has unfortunately paid the price," The Clinton's never, ever take responsibility for anything. Penn is just the latest thrown under the bus. They make poor Bill and Hillary sound so passive, like Penn wasn't carrying out their marching orders. Of course the Clintons could never be responsible for running an inept campaign.

You mean he was fired for failing to convince 50% of Americans that they dislike Hillary not because of who she is, but because she's simply a woman? PastaJoe
So even though Hillary has been preparing to run for President for her entire life, her campaign has been a disaster. Yet somehow she's "ready to lead on day one." Our current president has dispelled the theory that running a great campaign equates to being ready to lead and picking a competent staff as president. Adam
like firing your chief strategist in April. Ah yes, back to the tried and true Clinton strategy of letting the poll numbers dictate your policy positions. I think her campaign has been terribly run. In trying to humanize herself, she is trying to out obama Obama, insteadof focussing on her own strengths. She should be made into a caricature of herself, as someone who doesn't need to eat or sleep. A complete workaholic who's work would be interrupted instead of sleep being interrupted when the phone rings at 3 a.m.

OCinBuffalo
Our current president has dispelled the theory that running a great campaign equates to being ready to lead and picking a competent staff as president. And there it is..... What are you surprised that once again we see a liberal trying to bring up the old "yeah but look at somebody else" when it's obvious that the liberal in question's candidate/party is failing? When are they ever gonna learn that what somebody else does has nothing to do with what (insert liberal here) does? I wonder if it's even a conscious response anymore??? It's also as if they don't understand that by constantly turning to cliche as their "argument" they, by definition, rend whatever argument they may have had meaningless.
