ieatcrayonz
The zealots you see in the streets of Iran chanting and yelling are like the anti-war protesters here. They don't represent the majority of the country. They may be small in number on a relative basis but they do kill people. All our war protestor/hippies do is run around looking like morons and smelling up the place because they haven't showered since Woodstock. They are fun to laugh at and a good reminder of how many losers there are in the world. The crazy people in Iran are much more dangerous.

Alaska Darin
Uh-oh, I've got a lot of soul searching to do. I actually agree with Alaska Darin on something! Is Bert from Sesame Street Evil? Which once again proves the adage "Every squirrel (you) occasionally finds a nut (in this case, pearl of wisdom)". WTG man. There may be some hope. Sketch Soland
You mean because over history those religions haven't committed terrible atrocities in the name of their God? The fact of the matter is ANY entity, if given such societal control, is going to create such people. Those guys have been brainwashed since they were old enough to understand anything (kinda like children of hardcore Democrats/Republicans, but I digress). Add to that the fact that there's little social mobility, opportunity, or hope in those societies, and you have a recipe to create people who ain't afraid to die for a cause BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE MUCH TO LIVE FOR. Continuing to try and place blame on a single factor is retarded and VERY American. As if terrorism in human history started and ends with the Muslim religion. Great !@#$ing post. You get a gold star for the day.

It's frustrating dealing with these people who want to look at history as only the here and now. This here and now philosophy, IMHO, keeps the U.S. from developing a response that might actually diminish terrorism rather than feeding it.
