OCinBuffalo Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 The Longest Day. Why? Because I can tell you right now that we will probably pick a skill player with #1 and that means that between the nerves, the bad info and conflicting views, everything will be going bad on this board in the beginning, just like the movie. Then, we will make some good picks in the middle and things will begin to look up, but we will still have a nagging need/unresolved problem, just like Omaha beach in the movie. Then, at the end of the draft, we will get a steal or a great player who has a lot of promise, that hopefully fits the nagging need, and we will be left sitting against a wall trying to be philosophical about the whole thing, just like the movie.
BLZFAN4LIFE Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 Groundhog Day good one. True Grit. The Color Of Money. Much Ado About Nothing.
BLZFAN4LIFE Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 Dirty Rotten Scoundrels. Oh wait, That would be the Cincinnati Bengals roster.
OCinBuffalo Posted April 4, 2008 Posted April 4, 2008 Kill Bill_from_NYC, Volume 9 Only if he wants us to draft a Center in the first round, since none of them grade higher than the third. Since drafting lineman above their grade is never a reach It's only a reach when you do that with DBs who win Rookie of the month their first month playing in the NFL.
