He was stopped for an expired tag last month - no big deal there, but... ...the district, called Over-the-Rhine (long ago, it was solid German) that he was stopped in is a very bad one. It's a big drug-buying area. Folks from out-of-State go there to buy, and the police take notice of the license tags. Henry lives in Florence, KY. The police have publicly advised all non-blacks to not go there because it's very likely you will be targeted and assaulted because of your ethnicity. The idiot Cincinnati City Council has been making noises about wasting money on a trolley to run there (the County D.A. said that would would make as much sense as running a trolley through Jurassic Park ).
