COACH85 Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Who said we weren't getting any compensatory picks this year. This could be a stellar draft for the Bills, especially if they do a little moving up and down at different points in the draft to get key players and fill our needs.
Beerball Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 2nd place finisher I do like your post best though.
Steely Dan Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 That fourth can be valuable. Some of the deepest positions in the draft are Bills needs too. The seventh will just secure a guy that they won't have to go after as a UFA. All in all better than nothing.
COACH85 Posted March 31, 2008 Author Posted March 31, 2008 I didn't know I was in a race to post this message. I received a text as well, saw nothing on the board, wrote up a post, and after I send mine, another one is there that is one minute ahead of my post. sh-- happens, I'm sure I won't lose any sleep over it though. 2nd place finisher

Perhaps if you did lose a little sleep and hone up those typing skills next time you won't be first loser.
COACH85 Posted March 31, 2008 Author Posted March 31, 2008 Maybe if I didn't have a life and sat on my fat ass all day posting over 10,000 messages on this board................................... Chandler#81 Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Yeah yeah.. enough of the scabbling. How were the picks doled out? For who or whom?? What numbers (1-??) are they?

stewy23 Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 That's good news. The more we have, the better off we are. It's too bad we can't package some of them in a trade...
The Tomcat Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 That's good news. The more we have, the better off we are. It's too bad we can't package some of them in a trade... You can't trade compensitory picks.
Ball'n Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 You can't trade compensitory picks. Looks like he understood that from what he said.
CJPearl2 Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 The guy that made this prediction a month or so ago was dead on (not sure his name or affiliation). Even after last week when the Bills didn't believe they would get any picks.

Tim Anderson's Lunch Pail Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 That's good news. The more we have, the better off we are. Do we have an award for most obvious post of the day?
Captain Hindsight Posted March 31, 2008 Posted March 31, 2008 Do we have an award for most obvious post of the day? A day mowing ralphs lawn?
BillsWatch Posted April 1, 2008 Posted April 1, 2008 Do we have an award for most obvious post of the day? Too many even for a poll. More than enough to fill a roster full of cuts.
