I could see us picking this guy, but not until round two. I'm still all for WR. Unless some WR needy team like the Steelers or Redskins jump ahead of us and pick Kelly. After the top 5-6 players, teams will try to wheel and deal their picks out of the top 10.

Its a lock that the Bills can always trade down as far as they want and have the guy they want waiting for them there
