Bill from NYC
He looks like a really good wideout. He is fairly big, fast, and played in the tough SEC. Are the other receivers a lot better than him? Did he have a bad combine?
Brandon
The biggest problem with DJ Hall is the fact that he's had a few significant off the field incidents.
C.Biscuit97
The biggest problem with DJ Hall is the fact that he's had a few significant off the field incidents. Really? Like what? I really didn't know that. And the few times I watched Alabama, Hall diefinitely seemed like a big time playmaker. I don't know if he be right for us, but I thought he looked as good as any receiver I saw in college this year.
Brandon
I'm not sure of the details, but NFL.com's draft profile mentions him as suspended twice at Alabama. I've tried direct linking their profiles at other sites and it doesn't work, so you'll have to find it under 'featured prospects'. You'll also have click on 'analysis' on his particular profile. http://www.nfl.com/draft I know that NFL Draft Countdown also references off the field issues. http://www.nfldraftcountdown.com/scoutingr.../wr/djhall.html
Fewell733
he's kind of a tweener - tall, but not real strong; not too slow, but not real fast or quick in and out of breaks. He'll probably go between the 3rd and 5th though. Definitely a consideration for us since we'll most likely be drafting two receivers. I like him a lot as a player. Astrobot
The other knock is that he's not the downfield blocker that other guys are around Round 4-5 (Reynaud, Hubbard, Steve Johnson). He becomes a good bet for the 2nd WR in the 5th, I'll give you that, but it depends on what the incidents were, and nobody's talking.
