KRC Posted March 24, 2008 Posted March 24, 2008 For those of you interested, I just received this e-mail from the author of Rockin' the Rockpile - Jeffrey Miller. Here’s some interesting news—The Niagara Frontier Radio Reading Service (NFRRS) offers book readings free-of-charge Monday through Saturday on its website at WWW.NFRADIOREADING.COM. Why, pray tell, am I sharing this with you? Well, they will be reading ROCKIN’ THE ROCKPILE: THE BUFFALO BILLS OF THE AMERICAN FOOTBALL LEAGUE from 11:00 PM to 1:00 AM beginning April 12 and running through May 17. Not the best time slot, but still a pretty cool thing! So, if you find yourself having trouble sleeping on the evenings listed above, tune in to NFRRS on your computer and listen in! Jeff

KRC Posted March 25, 2008 Author Posted March 25, 2008 Thanks. Any chnace there's a live link for non-WNYers? I have no idea. I will ask the author.
Chandler#81 Posted March 27, 2008 Posted March 27, 2008 How is the book? I recently bought it and enjoy it. But I prefer 'The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly' for better story telling. JMO.
KRC Posted March 27, 2008 Author Posted March 27, 2008 Just an update: the broadcast is only on the narrow band for receivers given to the visually impaired. No other access to the readings, unless you pay the author to read it to you.
