SDS Posted March 18, 2008 Share Posted March 18, 2008 Ok, I think the whole "jumping screen" business has to do with all the members who lost their avatars. They still have an avatar listed in their profile, but when the board tries to load the image - and can't find it - it causes the screen to "jump". This is why the problem seems to be lessening as more and more replace their broken avatars with good ones. So, if everyone could either grab a new avatar or remove the link to their of one - it would help rid of us of that annoyance. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
ans4e64 Posted March 18, 2008 Share Posted March 18, 2008 I updated mine. I was having trouble getting anything to be accepted, until I read your post about the old links still being there. I didn't see any link in mine, but I clicked remove avatar anyway and then tried again and it worked! Now I have the best avatar ever (look closely) lol. From My Controls on the left side of the page go down to heading Personal Profile Under this heading click on Edit Avatar settings From this page you can upload your own avatar by clicking on the browse or pick one from the gallery.
