But, Mayock doesn't interview players like the teams do, and he doesn't talk to the players like the teams do, so what "other aspects" change his mind so much? My answer would be, he changes them based on the scuddle, and what everyone else is saying, because if he really felt passionate about his rankings, they wouldn't change every week.

You don't know that. I don't believe he interviews every player but he probably finds out things from scouts that are useful. He does a very good job.
