Great call here: Harrison Ford vs the big German by the airplane in Raiders of the Lost Ark. But my vote goes to the train scene in 'From Russia With Love'. Aside from the scene itself, it was played by two legendary actors. Runner up: Daniel-san stunning 2-time defending All County champ Johnny Lawrence in the Karate Kid.

John Nada ("Rowdy" Roddy Piper) vs. Frank Armitage (Keith David) is the best scene ever. The movie of course is They Live. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EsZpdUUdd3I They live also has one of the best movie lines ever, and i mean ever. The Cripple Fight was frame for frame lifted from "They Live". They said so and I have seen both side by side.
