mvbillsfan Posted October 14, 2004 Posted October 14, 2004 Shaw dogs it at practice. Our players need to be playing at a high level all the time. Maybe the games will be easier to close out then. Of course it was sending a message. You practice like you play!!

#89 Posted October 14, 2004 Posted October 14, 2004 maybe it is a message that if you don't do your job you can be cut. If you hold or are offside 3 times you are outta here. Run the wrong play or do not block, hit the road

#89 Posted October 14, 2004 Posted October 14, 2004 The NFL does not allow fines to be imposed for errors but the players can set up their own fines or bonus systems. I think they need to do something else because they play like there is no incentive for playing well. I know they get paid well every payday but back in the Kelly years the O-line had their own fine pot and reward pots as did the DB's and receivers.
