VABills
So Kerry wants to give healthcare at government expense to everyone. Nice cause, a lot of money. But how quickly will companies that offer it as a benefit drop health insurance when the government is giving it away for free. This isn't 2.2 trillion a year for 45 million like he says. It will be 10 trillion a year for 300 million people within 2 years.

The government healthcare (that is funded via a 13% payroll tax) is so bad that we still have to give our employees there private supplemental HC insurance. And it's still far worse than what we have here. Oh well, America was nice while it was a capitalist country. I guess we should send the economic superpower manuals over to China now, huh? Wacka
I worked with an Englishman. He said anyone who is working buys supplemental insurance (costing them even more than 13% of their pay). He had an infected ingrown toenail and was told to visit in 6 weeks! He told them he had the supplemental ins. and they said how about this afternoon!
