Well, I hate your draft but agree with the compensation for Turner 150%. All these people suggesting a swap of 1sts or even 2nds need to be slapped. Your 1st pick is fine but the 2nd and 3rd round picks are like 1 round- 2 rounds too high.

IMO there is very little incentive for Smith to trade Turner for a #3 this year and a #5 next year. If he loses Turner they need a #2 back badly as well as a KR. If I were him I would never make that trade and keep Turner for one year and get some compensation for him, which he likely will since they have their top 30 players or so under contract for next year and likely won't be very active picking guys up. So lets say at the very least the future 5 is a wash. A #3 this year when he'd have to draft a replacement at #2 simply ain't worth it.
