I haven't seen any research that shows a correlation between sterilization and not having dumb children. I have, however, seen one paper that shows a correlation between having a degree and not having dumb children. Therefore, sir, you simply don't understand genetics. Do we really need an ambassador for Belgium? How hard can it be to tell people to shut up or we'll kick their ? Fun sure, but not difficult. It can easily be done via conference call.
