MattyT Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 12. Buffalo Bills – Mississippi linebacker Patrick Willis. The belief here is that the Bills feel they can get a potential 1,000-yard rusher in the second round, but passing on Willis would come back to bite them. Willis has the same type of intangibles that led them to jump up and take Donte' Whitner a year ago. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=jm-m...o&type=lgns
Captain Hindsight Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 Not in the secrond round tho Stuff like that makes me lose all credability for these guys. Attention to detail I would get torn apart on a paper in school if i did something like that
Buffalolips Posted April 5, 2007 Posted April 5, 2007 I think you took his "jump up" comment a little too literally. John's a good analyst and I don't think he was implying that the Bills moved up, just that they pulled the trigger on Whitner. I think his mock is decent. JMO
Captain Hindsight Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 I was talking about his second round order. he has the bills picking 11

Unless of course, Peterson was still available at #12.
nichebiche Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 I was talking about his second round order. he has the bills picking 11 they do pick at #11 in the 2nd round. that's no mistake on his part. the mistake is yours for thinking he was wrong.

Ball'n Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 He has us taking Kenny Irons in the second, any thoughts?
DrDawkinstein Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 He has us taking Kenny Irons in the second, any thoughts? id be very happy with Willis/Irons out of the first 2 rounds
MattyT Posted April 6, 2007 Author Posted April 6, 2007 Sounds fine to me.......... Perhaps I was reading it a little too literally when he claims that we "jumped up" to draft Whitner. I obviously thought he was mistaken because we had "jumped up" in the draft to get McCargo. Still poor wording IMO.
MattyT Posted April 6, 2007 Author Posted April 6, 2007 Anyone else sick of this smilie? Why? Do people use it a lot when they respond to you?
Dr. Fong Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Why? Do people use it a lot when they respond to you? No, I just think it's lame. Not meaning to single you out.
stinky finger Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Anyone else sick of this smilie? Often times, it is most appropriate. Keep it handy.
BuffaloBilliever Posted April 6, 2007 Posted April 6, 2007 Anyone else sick of this smilie? ... nah, still comes in handy.
