You can't worry about who you're opponent is playing, you have to play whoever on your team is going to get the most points that week. Not playing your best QB isn't going to stop your opponent's WR from scoring. A perfect example was last week, benching Culpepper because your opponent had Moss would have cost alot of fantasy points from passes that didn't go to Moss.

In some ways, it is a smart move. It negates the points of your oppenent, or at least some of them, if his player has a big game.....

i disagree. you've got to field a lineup that you expect to score the most points, period. how can it possibly help you if you sit a player and his replacement scores fewer points?
