Rudyc80 Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Could the Bills think that by having Rice....they would have a selling point for tickets since the season will end when we lose to Miami? i mean dads would take their kids to see Rice play as a Bill and he is the greatest WR of all time...it might put some fans in the seat come late november...hell late october! lol. Thast my theory on Rice! PR MOVE PR MOVE PR MOVE BY TD!

KD in CA Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 I sure hope you are talking about Uncle Ben and not that arrogant, whining, over-the-hill POS that is still hanging on for the Raiders. I bet people would bring their kids to see Roger Staubach too.
Buffalo_Stampede Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 I like rice, especially with some beans and hot sauce. Best meal ever.
gantrules Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 yeah Jerry Rice isn't done yet. He's still got a few good years left. Oh, wait, I just checked my calander, it's 2004. I though it was 1998.
silvermike Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Selling tickets? Are there any left to sell?

rollingrock Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Well, they cleared the spot, they will surely need another WR,too much youth now..Just not sure Jerry Rice is the answer either way..and would just add another "me" guy to the team... But since we are talking trade, and we know TD is looking to make Sports Center..what about Travis Henry for the Raiders 2nd rounder and Jerry Rice..
PromoTheRobot Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Selling tickets? How about winning some freakin' games? We don't need a fossil on the roster. PTR
NorCal Aaron Posted October 13, 2004 Posted October 13, 2004 Raiders have been phasing Rice out to accomodate the development of their younger receivers - so given the makeup of the Bills WR corps, why mgmt want him in Buffalo?
