Beerball Posted April 3, 2007 Posted April 3, 2007 http://www.kstp.com/article/stories/S42596.shtml?cat=1 When they do it, it's a joke and a letter of apology is sent. When the roles are reversed, the passanger gets delayed and/or arrested. Nice. While our inquiry revealed no irregularities in the actual screening process oh really, so apparently it's within the process guidelines to 1. tell a woman that police were called because her bag set off an 'alarm' 2. surround the woman 3. watch as she has a severe asthma attack 4. tell said woman "April Fools" 5. send a letter of apology stating that guidelines were followed, but we express regret While I have as much or more respect for TSA employees as anyone...this falls below something that even jpera would consider.
