According to Tom Donahoe: "Hopefully, they won't be needing them, but there is a potential for the stadium to turn into a Vomitorium if the offense doesn't get untracked." The stadium cleaners union originally planned to fight the new policy, but backed off due to a shortage of mops available at the stadium.
