tennesseeboy Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Check out the guys workout day. Might be worth taking a chance on with one of our middle picks. Come to think of it the last RB we got from Houston was A. Smith, but this guy may have potential. http://www.nfldraftscout.com/ratings/profi...pyid=13001#news
Brandon Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 I saw him play a little bit late in the year, but didn't pay a whole lot of attention because I didn't realize he was eligible for the draft. I do remember being impressed with how well he ran, but again, I wasn't watching too closely. I think they could do a lot worse than this guy. I'd be all for it with our 2nd #3 pick or anytime later.
bizell Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 if we do get him, hopefully he does better than the last guy we got from Houston
Billsjunkie Posted March 28, 2007 Posted March 28, 2007 Houston is a pretty big pass first team. Right there is a big notch in the "no" section for me. Its hard enough to translate your talent to the pros when you ran an even offense in college. But a RB coming from a run and shoot/shotgun offense is going to need some work on the little things. If he is another workout warrior than heck no...I don't want him. But if he can run the rock and run with it hard on the football field than maybe a 4th rounder.
