So Wilson crafts a revenue sharing program to insure the "viability" of the Bills future in Buffalo. Not really. The provision placed in this plan states a team cannot participate/receive sharing if it is sold. In other words only a Wilson owned Bills are able to receive revenue sharing. If the team changes ownership, it almost is forced to move out of Buffalo, because it can't revenue share. Ralph looking out for Ralph once again. F the city of Buffalo. And oh by the way, for someone who says the Bills are not viable without this money, how is it he can afford to forgo the income that would be received from selling the naming rights to the stadium; the stadium named after him but paid for entirely by the taxpayers of NY

I think the idea is that anyone with the cashola to buy an NFL team shouldnt need revenue sharing until at least 2010

I remember when this board actually had meaningful discussion. Now I look around and constantly find morons like this posting anything bombastic to get a rise out of people. Congratualtions on reading an article on revienue sharing. Have we heard ANY discussion of the team being up for sale? No. I might also add that the revenue sharing plan does not specifically state the Bills will never be allowed to leave Buffalo. Must mean we're moving to LA in 3 years when Ralph craftily sells and forces the team out of town.

Well first of all, the revenue sharing plan was approved through the 2009 season. From what I recall, that's the first year that either side (owners or players) can decide to opt-out of the new CBA. If Ralph dies before then, I'm sure ownership will transfer to his wife, who wouldn't be forced to pay estate taxes. If he doesn't die before 2009, the owners will likely kill the new CBA.

No, you've got it all wrong. Ralph, Marv, and Dick are all geniuses. They only have the interest of the fans in mind.
