Cornerville Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 The Oakland A's of the NFL are dealing once again I see....
BillsFanNC Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 The Oakland A's of the NFL are dealing once again I see.... We'd have to be making the playoffs AND selling off high priced talent to make that valid analogy.
IDBillzFan Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 said Kenny Mayne, "Buffalo, the team Takeo wants to be traded from.." Typical. It's actually, "Buffalo, the team from which Takeo wants to be traded..." If he can't get it grammatically correct, how can he be counted on to get any other facts straight?
GG Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Typical. It's actually, "Buffalo, the team from which Takeo wants to be traded..." If he can't get it grammatically correct, how can he be counted on to get any other facts straight? If we're going to get technical, Buffalo is not a team.
IDBillzFan Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 If we're going to get technical, Buffalo is not a team. According to Willis, it's barely even a city.
R. Rich Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 If we're going to get technical, Buffalo is not a team. Get outta here, JSP. Damn your negativity.
Tortured Soul Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 We'd have to be making the playoffs AND selling off high priced talent to make that valid analogy. No, we're more of the Montreal Expos.
GG Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 According to Willis, it's barely even a city. What is a 25-yr old to do? I'm holding out hope for when they roll electricity into WNY.
obie_wan Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Which news service broke the news. ESPN has no orignal reporting and breaks no news on its own. They have stealing stuff form PFT lately and attributing it to PastaBelly.
BillsVet Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 I thought it was everyone's favorite pencil-necked geek John Clayton who "broke" the story. It's pathetic how all the ESPN people fall all over themselves breaking stories. It seems Chris Mortensen was talking about it too. Maybe they just have too many people doing football. If he's gone today, I don't know how I'll react until we hear what we received in return. I would think it'd be a third.
GG Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Get outta here, JSP. Damn your negativity. Don't like my new persona, huh? (sulks off, looking for the nearest shopping cart and a cliff)
stuckincincy Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 said Kenny Mayne, "Buffalo, the team Takeo wants to be traded from.." Hard to think any club would deal and expend much more than a 7th for a player with injury concerns. His current club is pointing out his contract cost to them... But you never know.
dave mcbride Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 What's a 25 year old to do?? Here's what he can do: http://www.google.com/maps?hl=en&rls=G...hority&cd=1

Pete Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 If he's gone today, I don't know how I'll react until we hear what we received in return. I would think it'd be a third. I would love another 3rd round pick this year!
R. Rich Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Actually, Peter, it will be for two second round picks and a swap of our first round pick w/ the other team.
Pine Barrens Mafia Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Don't like my new persona, huh?(sulks off, looking for the nearest shopping cart and a cliff) Rat Bastard. Karma's a B word, you know that?
Pete Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Rat Bastard. Karma's a B word, you know that? Hey Joe- was in Philly and Allentown last weekend. Valley cheesesteaks blow away Philly cheesesteaks IMO
Pete Posted March 26, 2007 Posted March 26, 2007 Actually, Peter, it will be for two second round picks and a swap of our first round pick w/ the other team. the more draft picks the better-especially for us draftniks!
