3 left feet Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 nice fluffer article. kind of an "f-u" to willis in there as well. decent read http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-b...p&type=lgns
richNjoisy Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 nice fluffer article. kind of an "f-u" to willis in there as well. decent readhttp://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-b...p&type=lgns I don't know about you, but it is kind of hard to imagine a Bills line that opens up big holes. wow, a hole. Next, can you imagine a Bills QB going back to pass and having the time to throw that, say, Tom Brady always has? wow, time to throw. People here are SO concerned about the RB position. But all you need is someone who can hit the holes (see, "wow..." above) quickly -not to mention how a good passing game makes running easier. this all sounds good (but hard to imagine) to me
OCinBuffalo Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Yep and yep. This is the second time he has specifically praised Anthony Thomas for "knowing what to do" regarding blocking and the plays in general. Definitely a shot on Willis - or an amazing coincidence. He could have said anything about Thomas both times, but he keeps talking about this issue - coincidence? no chance.
SACTOBILLSFAN Posted March 24, 2007 Posted March 24, 2007 "Difficult as it will be to replace Willis McGahee" Credibility gone with one statement.
Oneonta Buffalo Fan Posted March 24, 2007 Posted March 24, 2007 I don't know about you, but it is kind of hard to imagine a Bills line that opens up big holes. It been awhile but it looks like it might finally come true.
Heard of Buffalo Bills Posted March 24, 2007 Posted March 24, 2007 Losman noted Thursday the additions of 6-foot-6 left guard Derrick Dockery and 6-foot-8 right tackle Langston Walker, both signed by Buffalo on the first day of the NFL's free-agency period earlier this month. "They're huge. They're enormous," said Losman, who met his new teammates for the first time this week when the Bills opened their offseason conditioning program. "It makes a quarterback happy." Add in Dockery and Walker, and Losman is confident the new-look line can open holes for anyone. "It's going to be very intimidating, them walking up to the line of scrimmage," Losman said. Losman said he plans to meet extensively with his new linemen, including taking them out to dinner in the coming weeks. http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-b...p&type=lgns I would say that his (JP's) QB funmeter is pegged into overdrive.

JimBob2232 Posted March 24, 2007 Posted March 24, 2007 I particularly liked the part of the press conference where he said "we might need to re-arange the huddle, im not sure roscoe can see aronud these guys"
ndirish1978 Posted March 24, 2007 Posted March 24, 2007 A RB who actually hits a hole is preferable to one who dances around looking for a gina but can't pick up anything in short yardage situations? JP is wise beyond his years.
