DrDawkinstein Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 they just re-signed Schaub to a 6yr/$48mil deal too if i were the Raiders, id offer them a 5th rounder right now. but Carr is going to have to be released anyways so... maybe nothing

DrDawkinstein Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Damn...methinks Atlanta made out like bandits in this one. heck yeah they did! move up 2 spots in the first (from 10 to 8!) and get Houstons next 2 2nd rounders!??!? Texans are craaazy.
MattyT Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Damn...methinks Atlanta made out like bandits in this one. In Ron Mexico they trust.
stinky finger Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Damn...methinks Atlanta made out like bandits in this one. You're not kiddin'. Freakin' Houston, a team that has many holes not having 2nd rounders for consecutive years AND dropping in the 1st this year?!?! I get going in another direction, change the face of the team and all that, but it seems one 2nd would be plenty w/ a swap of 1sts. It'll be interesting to see how Schaub responds to this challenge. He will "hear it" early and often if he/they don't get off on the right foot. If I'm not mistaken, the OL hasn't changed and Schaub isn't quite the athlete Carr is. Perhaps better decision making will make the difference.

Agreed...In fact the Texans look to have given up 3 starters for 1 backup. Did Atlanta hire Donohoe or something?
