RuntheDamnBall Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 I was given a McGahee jersey for Christmas and I've found that it's just stupid to try and sell it. The new ones are priced so low that trying to sell even a lightly used one is a worthless proposition. So, I'm wondering if there are any Bills of old who wore Willis' #21 and might be worth stitching on the backplate instead. But I can't find an all-time Bills roster on BB.com or anywhere else, for that matter. Any promising leads? I am holding out hope that I can go with Peterson #21, but that requires first that we draft him and second that he uses this number.

RuntheDamnBall Posted March 22, 2007 Author Posted March 22, 2007 Gotta go with punt catcher extrodinaire, Chris Watson. Oof. Why not just stitch "Ronnie Jones" on in that case, and replace the numbers with a photographic screen of a smiling 'thumbs-up' Wade Phillips?
justnzane Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 Scroll down and little and cover your eyes for #11
RuntheDamnBall Posted March 22, 2007 Author Posted March 22, 2007 Didn't look very hard did ya??? I guess not. I googled as many entries as I could think of and didn't see that link. Where was it?
USMCBillsFan Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 I guess not. I googled as many entries as I could think of and didn't see that link. Where was it? I googled "All time Buffalo Bills roster" and it was the first one.
justnzane Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 I googled "All time Buffalo Bills roster" and it was the first one. it was #2 on yahoo for me under "all-time bills roster"
RuntheDamnBall Posted March 22, 2007 Author Posted March 22, 2007 Looked at that one. Maybe. Flores is one of the few other non-stiffs on there, but he didn't find much success as a Bill.
RuntheDamnBall Posted March 22, 2007 Author Posted March 22, 2007 I googled "All time Buffalo Bills roster" and it was the first one. I guess 'buffalo' made all the difference. And this doesn't excuse the fact that BB.com's navigation is so poor that you can't access this from any page on their site.

Dont feel bad I have an autographed authentic Mcgahee that now will just sit in a closet. Got it for a good price on ebay. If anyone is interested in it PM me I will give you a great friggin deal. Its the home jersey from the 90's. Looks really nice. But now its time for me too look for a new one.
PistolPeaTear Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 6 Dave Chapple, Tom Dempsey, John Nies i might have to get that dave chappelle jersey, i didnt know he was on the bills
Ennjay Posted March 22, 2007 Posted March 22, 2007 FWIW, the usual pattern is to switch to the other side of the ball the next time a vacated/traded number is issued. In other words, the next #21 will probably be a defensive back. I know Roscoe got 11, but the Bills don't use single digits or teens on defense. They also don't use 90's on offense, which may not be permitted anyway.
justnzane Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Why is Lindell not listed as a #9? it hasn't been updated in years and there are no active links to it through BB.com
The Dean Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Here's an idea, screw the sport and/or team. Use the best #21 I can think of: Roberto Clemente
keepthefaith Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Here's an idea, screw the sport and/or team. Use the best #21 I can think of: Roberto Clemente Given the great history of those who have worn #21 for the Bills, I think now would be a good time to retire that number. The most recent #21 is a rather forgettable fellow. Let's forget him.
The Jokeman Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Wasn't Emmanuel Martin a #21? Indeed he was link to pics of Manny Martin jersey
The Dean Posted March 23, 2007 Posted March 23, 2007 Wasn't Emmanuel Martin a #21? I think Many Mota wore #15 when he was with the Pirates. What?
