NewEra Posted March 18, 2007 Posted March 18, 2007 We know who number 1 is. Who's 2-10? J. Rice M. Harrison S. Largent T. Brown C. Carter A. Reed D. Hutson T. Holt A. Monk R. Moss I hate to include moss in there, but you cant deny his talents (and if i left him off, i would have had to put TO in there, due to the same reason). The dude who said isaac bruce.....LOL. He's not even in the same realm as Tory Holt.
billybob Posted March 18, 2007 Posted March 18, 2007 I'll put James Lofton at 1. over Rice at 2 anyone who can play 16 seasons and have an 18.3 career ave ypc gets my vote. 1978 Green Bay Packers 16 0 46 818 17.8 0 6 0 0 0 1979 Green Bay Packers 16 0 54 968 17.9 0 4 0 0 0 1980 Green Bay Packers 16 0 71 1226 17.3 0 4 0 0 0 1981 Green Bay Packers 16 0 71 1294 18.2 0 8 0 0 0 1982 Green Bay Packers 9 0 35 696 19.9 0 4 0 0 0 1983 Green Bay Packers 16 0 58 1300 22.4 0 8 0 0 0 1984 Green Bay Packers 16 0 62 1361 22.0 0 7 0 0 0 1985 Green Bay Packers 16 0 69 1153 16.7 0 4 0 0 0 1986 Green Bay Packers 15 0 64 840 13.1 0 4 0 0 0 1987 L.A. ans4e64 Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Anyone who thinks Andre Reed is anywhere near one of the greatest WR's of all time needs to get out of Buffalo. We are all fans here, but come on, lets be real. The guy cant even get into the Hall Of Fame. Randy Moss and Issac Bruce belong nowhere near the top 10 either, that's just ridiculous.
Paup 1995MVP Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 1- Jerry Rice -----No Question2- Steve Largent 3- Marvin Harrison 4- Art Monk 5- Don Hutson 6- Paul Warfield best 7- Isaac Bruce 8- Lynn Swann 9- Randy Moss 10- John Stallworth Also near this list: Irving Fryar, Andre Reed, James Lofton, Terrell Owens Some Day: Lee Evans Lee Evans someday is going to be in your top 15 receivers of all time? Wow, that is high praise.. I am not sure yet if he ends up there, but I sure love what he brings to the field. What an explosive deep play threat almost everytime he touches the ball. He WILL surpass Eric Moulds as at least the number two receiver in Bills history when all is said and done. GO BILLS P>S. You have to put Torrey Holt in the almost near category somehow.
GoBills2279 Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 We know who number 1 is. Who's 2-10? 1. Charles Johnson 2. Russell Copeland 3. Bill Brooks 4. Avion Black 5. Reggie Germany 6. Antonio Brown 7. Kamil Loud 8. Justin Armour 9. Clerance Colman 10. Kevin Williams
MartyBall4Buffalo Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 1. Jerry Rice 2. Chris Carter 3. James Lofton 4. Tim Brown 5. Steve Largent 6. TO 7. Marvin Harrison 8. Sterling Sharpe (His career was cut short but he was friggen amazing in his short 7 years) 9. Torry Holt 10. Art Monk
34-78-83 Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Yeah like he would have done anything if he wasn't in a pass happy offence, with the best QB of all time. He had average hands, no speed and was undersized. Thanks but unless I am running that type of offence have a great RB, RB, good other receiver and the greatest Qb, I'll pass. Most misguided post of the year? Maybe the decade...

We are all fans here, but come on, lets be real. The guy cant even get into the Hall Of Fame. He's certainly in the top 25 or so of all time. His numbers show it, and his play on the field popularized a "new" stat called run after catch (RAC). What's wrong with keeping him in the discussion?

And you can add "TO" to the list of people who don't belong within a country mile of such a list.
