/dev/null Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 http://www.profootballhof.com/history/deca...c_dickerson.jsp Wow, we paid a steep price for Biscuit. But in the end, we got the best of that deal
The Dean Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 http://www.profootballhof.com/history/deca...c_dickerson.jsp I'd forgotten how much we gave up in that trade. Bell was a nothing back (AT is at least as good, probably better)...but TWO #1's and a #2. WOW. The Rams really made out on that deal. But, of course, we got the best player in the deal: The Biscuit!

Rams got 3#1's and 3#'2s , and who did they pick? I was surprised the Mike Ditka , Ricky Williams deal wasn't mentioned in that article.

Well, the Rams clearly got the best of the DEAL...they just squandered it in the draft. (Not that Cleveland Gary and Gaston Green were terrible players, but they never lived up to their potential, IMO.) I'll live with what we got. THE BISCUIT!
