Richmond_Bills Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 thinking about staying there in Sept with Dad and Brothers. Any comments appreciated.
EZC-Boston Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 thinking about staying there in Sept with Dad and Brothers. Any comments appreciated. Never stayed there but spend a decent amount of time there. They have a great brewery in the back of the casino and usually have decent table limits. It's no Bellagio but it is no dump either. Check out what www.cheapovegas has to say. There are probably some good reviews on tripadvisor.com too
PromoTheRobot Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 http://www.orleanscasino.com/ I've stayed here. Not on the strip but inexpensive, yet very nice. PTR
RLflutie7 Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 thinking about staying there in Sept with Dad and Brothers. Any comments appreciated. I stayed there years ago. I really like the Monte Carlo. Great Location. Perfect IMO. Close to MGM and NY NY. Good buffet. I also like the sports book. They also have surrender in blackjack and some other rules you can't find at other places. Rooms are pretty nice, but not the best. But this is dated because Vegas changes so much all the time. If memory serves, they have a free monarail system that connects to the Bellagio.
swede316 Posted March 16, 2007 Posted March 16, 2007 Never stayed there but I highly recommend the New York New York or the Hard Rock Hotel (off the strip). Both are sweet....For dinner you have to go to Delmonico's in the Venetian one night...You will not be disappointed (Expensive though).

I 90 Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 Check out what www.cheapovegas has to say. Very good call on the website, number two on my bookmarks bar. Where I stay, and you shouldn't. Check out the entertainment.
HopsGuy Posted March 17, 2007 Posted March 17, 2007 thinking about staying there in Sept with Dad and Brothers. Any comments appreciated. We had a group for March Madness 3 years ago, and some of the guys stayed there. We got rolled on the craps tables the first night, so we didn't really gamble much there. We used it as a central location for everyone to meet. I met a girl in the Houdini Lounge the last night of our stay, so I saw one of the rooms. I think it was nice.
