Bob in STL Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 The way you answer this question seems like one of the largest variables of the draft. I think a good case could be made for most these options, but my hope is he comes from group 2 or 3. Tried having a poll, no luck. My groups had 1. Peterson-Lynch 2. Bush, Pittman, Irons 3. Hunt- Jackson, Walker 4. Smith-Henry-Wright If Peterson is sitting there at 12 then I think we pull the trigger on him. While all the draft gurus will aplaud Marv for the "value" of the pick but I am not sure his style is going to cut it in the NFL for very long. I would prefer Willis, or Okoye/Branch at 12 and then address RB with a later day one pick. Willis will probably be there at 12 and would be good value AND fill a need. A trade down is a good possibility this year, assuming someone wants to move up to our slot.
tennesseeboy Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 I'd go with the Irons-Pittman group in round 2 Round 1 is Okoye, branch or willis.
IndyJay1234 Posted March 13, 2007 Posted March 13, 2007 My draft strategy: Cook wings. Chop Celery. Pour Dip. Chill Beer. Prepare Margeritas. Eat wings. Drink Beer. Drink Msargeritas. Hilarious. I was just about to post the same thing. I would have added a nap between Bills first round pick and Bills second round pick.
