seq004 Posted March 11, 2007 Posted March 11, 2007 He ran for under 1000 yards but it hasn't hurt his confidence. He was never the best but for about 12 games in 2004 he was pretty good. http://www.kffl.com/hotw/nfl

JimBob2232 Posted March 12, 2007 Posted March 12, 2007 Frankly, thats the kind of edge I want in a guy. And honestly, he might be right. He might be one of the most talented backs in the league, but as somoene once said....hard work beats talent when talent doesnt work hard....

He might be one of the most talented backs in the league, but as somoene once said....hard work beats talent when talent doesnt work hard.... The thing I noticed about Willis in 2004 vs Willis in 2006 is that in 04 he hit the hole with more power and he would move the pile with his strenth much of that came from his upper body but after that year he looked more and more like Antwoin Smith. (sp)? The first guy to lay a hit on him he would go down easily. Did he run behind a good offensive line? Hell no, but he acted like until the Bills improve the O-line he was no longer willing to sacrifice his body for millions of dollars. o
