Just Jack Posted March 11, 2007 Posted March 11, 2007 Customer Service Representative (Part-Time/Seasonal) Department: Ticket Sales & Service Reports To: Manager of Ticket & Guest Services JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES; Strong customer service skills, both over the phone and in person. Answer incoming calls through 1-877-BB-TICKS and other Ticket Office phone lines. Field and log customer complaints, suggestions, comments and concerns. Be familiar with Ticket Office & Game Day policies and procedures. Assist with servicing customer accounts. Assist with Ticket Office projects, i.e. relocation process, processing, payments, mailings, etc. Assist with Individual, Group, and Season Ticket Sales. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: College degree required. Strong computer skills necessary. Previous Customer Service experience preferred, ticket experience and previous experience in Sports industry a plus.
