It looks to me as if the sports editor had a 3-inch hole in his section and told this Johan guy to write the first thing that came to mind. And did this guy only see the Tenn. game last year. (worth making a post though where I get to use the word 'botard' in the title) I certainly don't think a switch of McGee to RB is in the cards nor do I think it would be wise. But I am surprised that he hasn't been brought in on offense for "trick" plays or reverses.
