jreed82 Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 With a lot of people clamoring for Adrian Peterson from Oklahoma, it reminded me of another option for the Bills. Adrian Peterson of the Bears would be worth a look. This guy is a huge question mark only because he has never been given an opportunity. He has shown flashes of brilliance when used in pre-season but has been stuck behind Benson and Jones the last couple years. Being a fantasy geek, I always read the pre-season analysis for each team and the coaches all speak very highly of his talent. Not sure if the Bears would move him now that they traded Jones, but it might be worth a phone call. If we are talking about Dillon, Rhodes, Brown, and A-train, I certainly think we should also look at young players that have some experience that need an opportunity.
Oneonta Buffalo Fan Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 Can someone explain to me how and why we're going to get Peterson. WE WON'T GET HIM! The Browns will get him to back up Lewis for 1 year and will be their starter the following season. (If he does fall down to us for some CRAZY reason, get him.)

ronnieroscoe Posted March 10, 2007 Posted March 10, 2007 there is no question adrian peterson (chicago) is a player the Bills should look into--I wouldn't mind trading most of our first day picks for the other either
