So I guess this is his admission that he didn't know the plays last year?

He may learn the plays but will he comprehend what down he's playing? Will he comprehend how many yards are needed to move the chains? Will he bounce to the outside to try for 3 positive yards, when all he needs is a diving yard for a 1st down?

McGahee is yet another University of Miami prima-donna retard

Bottom line is, he is not the Bills problem. Get over it. What he said is true. He didn't have help. He missed a few blocks and his quarterback was less than average. That certainly didn't help. He can say whatever he wants, just like Bills fans can say what they want. However, just because you say doesn't mean it's true. Bills fans are not paying his salary now, so get on with you perfect lives.

His QB was better than he was.

Every team we played (including the Ravens) concentrated on defending the run when they played the Bills. This is not a knock on JP. It is just what happened.

We better have a credible running game next year -- for JP's sake especially.

Willis may not have had the best line or QB, but remove yardage and attempts against the Jets and he racked up 715 yds in 12 games. This is an average of 59 yds per game with a 3.3 yds per carry. Willis finished 24th in the league in rushing. He also fumbled 4 times. He also did not know the plays. McGahee thought his 4th down effort was only 3rd down.

He was not the first round bust of Walt Putalski , Tony Hunter or Mike Williams proportion - but he was no better then an Al Cowlings or Perry Tuttle.

Just an average dude.

I draw the line at Perry Tuttle. Dude, McGahee is leagues better than Tuttle, who happens to occupy a space in the Winnipeg Blue Bombers hall of fame.
