Tom Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Didn't play like he could because he had no help and there was not a winning mentality. He said something about the QB but it was unintelligble Some truth there but he's better off keeping his dumb trap shut. Going to stay in Baltimore during the off season "Got to, I have to learn all the plays" (then a dumb laugh).
Ball'n Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 He has alway had below-average intelligence. His actions do not surprise me one bit.
In space no one can hear Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Didn't play like he could because he had no help and there was not a winning mentality. He said something about the QB but it was unintelligble Some truth there but he's better off keeping his dumb trap shut. Going to stay in Baltimore during the off season "Got to, I have to learn all the plays" (then a dumb laugh). Â Â He is a complete assclown!! Â My measure of a "great" player has always been- they make the players around them better. Â For the self proclaimed "best running back in the league" I never saw any evidence of this.
Max997 Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 he was probably stoned like he is in every other interview
BuffBills#1 Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 All it took for McGahee to become a star with the media is for him to get traded. Why is this guy all the sudden one of the best running backs in the league?
MDH Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Going to stay in Baltimore during the off season "Got to, I have to learn all the plays" (then a dumb laugh). Â So I guess this is his admission that he didn't know the plays last year?
Omar Little Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 McGahee = real-life version of the RB from "Playmakers"
Fan in San Diego Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Sad to hear that Willis didn't take the high road. I'm glad Marv traded him now.
Avalanche Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Just shows what I thought all along, he's a classless punk!
leh-nerd skin-erd Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Sad to hear that Willis didn't take the high road. I'm glad Marv traded him now. Â Â he probably wanted to, but couldn't read the map.
inkman Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 SadNot surprsing to hear that Willis didn't take the high road. I'm glad Marv traded him now. Fixed it.
Buckeye Eric Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 This decision came down to character, or the lack there of. I am suprised more people are not taklking about Marv's ability to con the Ravens into 3 picks for this guy.
MadBuffaloDisease Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 LOL! We'll see how much McNair or Boller help him, much less the Ravens losing their starting RT, FB, and with Ogden considering retirement (either his year or next).
KD in CA Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 So I guess this is his admission that he didn't know the plays last year? Â Â Sounds like it. I wonder if clueless Ravens fans will bash NcNair next season for getting hammered on blindside rushes after Willis forgets his blocking assignment.
Ray Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 He'll learn the plays for Baltimore but NOT the Bills! Where are all the Willis defenders now. He didn't have to live here but it sure would have been nice for him to come back to Buffalo a handful of times to learn the plays and help his teammates---does this show all the Willis defenders the kind of guy he is?
Tom Posted March 9, 2007 Author Posted March 9, 2007 In all seriousness....he gives potheads a bad name
anton0575 Posted March 9, 2007 Posted March 9, 2007 Bottom line is, he is not the Bills problem. Get over it. What he said is true. He didn't have help. He missed a few blocks and his quarterback was less than average. That certainly didn't help. He can say whatever he wants, just like Bills fans can say what they want. However, just because you say doesn't mean it's true. Bills fans are not paying his salary now, so get on with you perfect lives.
